This Refund Policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for Opscale subscriptions.

Subscriptions

Opscale subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.

Refunds

Monthly fees already billed are generally non-refundable. For annual plans, contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase to discuss a pro-rated refund where applicable.

Free start

We encourage you to start free and evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan, so you can be confident Opscale fits your operation.
